Innovation for Growth: The Challenges for East & West

The 2007 ISPIM Conference will be held in Warsaw, Poland on 17-20 June 2007. Organised by ISPIM and supported by Technology Partners Foundation, this conference will bring together academics, business leaders, consultants and other professionals involved in innovation management. The conference will include dedicated academic and practitioner tracks as well as workshops and keynote sessions.

+ Learning and knowledge management
+ Open innovation, organisations and virtuality

+ Technology, entrepreneurship and creativity
+ Tools for technology commercialisation (managed by TII)
Submissions
Submissions are encouraged from academics, business leaders and consultants – reflecting the nature of the ISPIM community.

Important Deadlines

19 January 2007: Extended abstracts (800-1000 words) or practitioner outlines
28 February 2007: Acceptance notification
30 April 2007: Final submissions & registrations
Academic Papers – These include mainly accomplished research results and have a maximum of 5,000 words. Presenters are required to submit extended abstracts of between 800-1,000 words maximum together with a presentation of their paper with a maximum of 15 slides.

Practitioner Presentations – These include mainly demonstrations of successful business practices. Presenters are required to submit outlines of up to 500 words maximum together with a presentation with a maximum of 15 slides.

Short Papers – These contain implementation information or work-in-progress and have a maximum of 2,500 words. Presenters are required to submit an abstract of 500 words maximum together with a presentation with a maximum of 5 slides.

The following journals published by Inderscience will publish a special edition based on Academic Papers selected from the conference:
